nBases is a free, community-driven place to discover off-market mid-term homes for nomads. We are not an agency and we are not a middle layer between you and the home. Please read the points below before you use the site or contact a host.
What nBases does
Hosts, agents and property managers share their off-market mid-term listings with us, and we publish them for free with the host's own direct contact (WhatsApp or Instagram). Nomads browse, create a free account, and message the host directly. There is no commission, no platform fee, no booking engine and no payment handled by us.
What nBases is not
nBases is a discovery board, not a real-estate agency, broker, landlord or payment processor. We do not own, manage, visit or independently verify the properties, and we do not handle bookings, contracts, deposits or payments. Every agreement is made directly between you and the host.
No warranty, no liability
Listings are shown "as is", based on information provided by hosts and third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, condition or price of any listing, nor the identity or trustworthiness of any host or guest. To the maximum extent permitted by law, nBases accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, scam, fraud, misrepresentation, fake or duplicated listing, cancelled stay, or dispute arising from contact or dealings between users. You use the site and contact hosts at your own risk.
Do your own due diligence
Because you deal with hosts directly, take precautions before committing or sending any money:
- Ask questions and request a live video call or video tour of the exact unit.
- Verify the host's identity and their right to rent the property.
- Never pay a deposit or rent before you are fully confident it is genuine.
- Prefer secure, traceable payment methods and read any contract carefully.
- If something feels off, walk away. When in doubt, don't pay.
Spotted a listing that looks like a scam or is inaccurate? Tell us and we will remove it.
For hosts, agents and property managers
You can add listings for free by forwarding them to us on WhatsApp, email or Telegram. By submitting a listing you confirm that you have the right to advertise the property, that the details are accurate, and that we may publish them with the direct contact you choose. You can ask us to update or remove your listings at any time.
Changes
We may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion, and we may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
